Terms and Delivery Conditions

JELUA does not contemplate different typologies of shipments for the Spanish national territory. All your orders will arrive at your destination within 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping Costs

We do not add shipping costs to your order if it has your delivery address in Spain. It’s free for you. Contact us for shipments outside the Spanish national territory.

Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason the necklace you have received is defective or does not correspond with the one you requested, you can return it to us. We will assume the reasonable costs of shipping it back to our workshop.

International Deliveries

We add an amount of your purchase price for shipments within the EU (except Spain), non-EU Europe, North and South America and rest of the world. If this is your case, please contact us so we can bring you the best price.
