Prices

All prices on the JELUA website are shown in Euros. Product prices include taxes where applicable be applied, and include shipping costs.

JELUA may occasionally issue coupons, which may be used to reduce the price of one or more items. Coupons have limited effect and so will know once announced or introduced therein by a user on the web

Payment Methods

In JELUA you can buy both with PayPal and with card and, even bank transfer.

In the cases of payment by bank transfer, the order will not be sent until there is evidence of its account entry. In these cases you will have to make a transfer to the account that you will receive by email once the order has been made.

Delivery

The products you buy at JELUA will be delivered to the address you indicate on the order. JELUA assumes no responsibility in case the delivery address has been incorrectly indicated. So check it out.

Refunds and Returns

In case of return, you will not be responsible for the expenses incurred for the return of defective products or different from those indicated by you in your order. In these cases, JELUA will reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs incurred.

In case of canceling orders or returning products, please indicate the reason for the return.
